Spotted a brand new gluten free find in B&M! 🛒✨👀

These new Midnight Mint Bliss Snacks marshmallow bars are a great wee bargain at around £1 a box. They’re only 75 calories a bar, making them the perfect light snack for a pre-gym boost or to enjoy with a cup of tea as we head into autumn! ☕️🍂

Here are 4 food venues with incredible gluten free options that I would love to see open in Scotland! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👇

1️⃣ The Lounges – They have a huge dedicated gluten free menu and serve your food with safety flags so you know it’s safe. The closest one right now is Carlisle!

2️⃣ Bill's – Officially Coeliac UK Accredited! From fluffy gluten free pancake stacks to full lunch and dinner menus, they cover every craving.

3️⃣ LEON – Delicious, fast-casual food with amazing gluten free options. They recently brought back their GF burger buns! You can pick up their products in Asda, but we need the actual restaurants up north.

4️⃣ Sonny's – A special shoutout to Sonny, who is doing amazing work behind the scenes building a dedicated coeliac-safe fast food brand. Good luck with the first full-time location, Sonny!

There are so many foods I still miss after being diagnosed 10 years, or there's some that I can’t find anywhere, or that cost an absolute fortune.

I sat down and mocked up my ultimate dream wishlist of products I would love to see hit the shelves in Tesco!

Five years after the devastating fire, Guidis has finally reopened its doors ❤️🇮🇹

It’s been brilliant seeing such a well-loved local landmark come back to life, and I know so many people have been excited for it to reopen.

It’s still early days, with soft openings and events taking place over the last few weeks, so I want to hear from you 👇
