If it's happening to you, or you're worried about someone else, help is available. And you don’t have to wait for an emergency to get help.

Find out how to get support, and spot the signs of domestic violence.

Sat 27 Jun - Heatherside Community Centre: 4.30pm-6pm
Tue 30 Jun - Church Crookham Community Centre: 6.30pm-8pm

Loneliness Awareness Week from 15 to 21 June is an annual event to raise awareness of loneliness and empower everyone to think about and make connections.

Spending time with others can help boost our mood, reduce loneliness, and help us feel connected to the wider community – whether it’s with friends, family or colleagues.

If you need to be seen by the NHS urgently, the quickest and best option might be your local urgent care service.

You may have heard of Urgent Treatment Centres, Minor Injury Units and Walk-In Centres - they can all help with a range of concerns that many people go to A&E for, and you're likely to be seen more quickly.

Visit our website to find out where your nearest service is and how they can help: https://orlo.uk/x3MwG
