💉 “What are the danger zones of the face?”

It’s a question we’re asked all the time when training injectors… and Julia’s answer? She puts the pen away. ✋

Because when you’re injecting the face, every area has potential risk.

No two patients have exactly the same anatomy. Vessels can vary in their course and depth, which is why safe injecting isn’t simply about memorising a diagram or learning a list of “danger zones”.

We don’t care if you can name every single artery in the face.

What we DO care about is that you have a roadmap in your head 🧠

You should understand:
✨ Where the key vessels are likely to be
✨ The depth and plane they are likely to sit in
✨ How anatomy can vary between patients
✨ How your injection technique and depth relate to those structures
✨ How to recognise and manage a complication if one occurs
