'How to Tell Your Story' sessions will give you the tools and skills to navigate how you share your experiences. If you have ever considered being a peer yourself (!) this course will really help you to understand how to share in a way that is safe for and safe for others.

The four week course starts on Tuesday 9th June and will run on Tuesday afternoons in Ipswich. We hope to see you there! 🌻

Emotions are important! But they can be very difficult to experience and manage at times too.

Our Exploring Emotions session will be delivered in Bury on Friday morning. We will look at how managing our emotions supports our mental health, how emotions are linked to our thoughts, behaviours, and bodily sensations (how they physically feel!), as well as skills and techniques to support managing emotions.
