💙 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS 💙
I completely understand that life happens. Things come up, work gets busy, plans change and sometimes appointments genuinely slip your mind.
But I also need to remind everyone that late cancellations and no-shows have a real impact on my business and my income — just as they would for any other business.
This is my livelihood. It’s how I earn my living, pay my bills and run my business.
When someone forgets an appointment, gets stuck at work or cancels at the last minute, unfortunately that isn’t something I can control. That appointment time has been specifically reserved for you, and at short notice I’m often unable to fill it with another client.
That means lost time and lost income for my business.
I’m always as understanding and accommodating as I can be, and I appreciate that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen. ❤️
However, I also have to protect my business and my income, which means I need to enforce my cancellation policy consistently.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If you simply don’t turn up or cancel within the cancellation period, the applicable cancellation/no-show fee will be charged.
It’s not personal, and it’s not about being difficult — it’s about respecting my time and the business that I’ve worked hard to build.
I value every single one of my clients and genuinely appreciate your continued support. 💙
Please remember: your appointment is part of my working day, and my working day is how I make my living.
Thank you for understanding, respecting my time and supporting my small business. 🫶🏼✨
