Imagine having to dress like a boy to be accepted into a boxing gym. Imagine being told no time and time again but having the belief in your own ability. Imagine the walls she had to break down to just be able to compete when women weren’t allowed to box at the olympics. This for me is a given and it’s something I do all the time with my youth athletes. Playing your sport and only training 1/2 times a week isn’t enough if you really want to fulfill your full potential. Lifting weights and doing your plyos, agility, sprinting will make you stronger and faster over time. Repetition repetition

Session for the athletes, im 43 and i still add these sessions into my programme. Upper body strength work combined with lower body movements for explosiveness and power. Train like an athlete not a body builder to dominate in your sport 💥
