You really do have to try contrast therapy to understand how amazing the contrast between hot and cold feels. It leaves you feeling invigorated yet relaxed and ready for anything!!

And then, when you add in some extra time afterwards fully unwinding then that's when the real magic happens.

We also organise bespoke events for celebrations so get in touch if you are organising something and want to do it in a unique, fun and completely relaxing way.
