I’ve started asking my HPM clients a question at the end of their session:

“What was your favourite part?”

Because everyone’s idea of relaxing is slightly different.

Some people love the hair play.

Some love the scalp massage.

Some absolutely LOVE the fingertip tracing.

And some have a particular sensory technique that makes them go, “Ooooh... THAT bit.” 😂

So I’ve started using the final 5 minutes of the session to do more of whatever they enjoyed most.

It might only be five minutes, but I love the idea that your session doesn’t have to be exactly the same as everyone else’s.

You can tell me what you loved, what you’d like more of, or what you’d rather skip.

It’s your relaxation time, so let’s make the most of it. 💛
