Asking for help isn't a weakness
Asking for help doesn't come easily to everyone, especially if you've spent a long time holding things together on your own.
Admitting that you're struggling, or that you'd like some support, can feel like an admission that you've failed somehow, it isn't, it's simply being honest about what you're carrying.
You don't have to wait until things feel unmanageable before you reach out, you don't need a crisis to justify asking for support, and you don't need to have it all figured out before you start.
Needing help is part of being human, not a sign that something has gone wrong with you.
If you've been telling yourself you should be able to manage this alone, that thought is worth questioning, it can be difficult to reach out, but be sure that I am always there to reach back.
