The Role

In this role you will support people to live independently within their own homes in Aylesbury and surrounding areas.

Duties include supporting people with:

Personal care

Washing/bathing
Dressing
Supporting with taking medication
Shopping
Meal Preparation

Please note this is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within the community within client's own homes.

Driver's licence and have access to a vehicle is not essential however is desirable

Utmostcare Limited are seeking a ‘hands on’ individual responsible for maintaining continuity of care to clients for fast paced Domiciliary Care Provider. Utmostcare Limited is recruiting for a Care Assistants/ Support Workers for our clients.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
Support people to live independently in their own homes/communities.
-Undertaking a range of daily living tasks including; Personal Care (such as washing,dressing,continence care), Shopping, Light domestic duties (i.e. laundry, cleaning, etc)
-Preparing meals.
-Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
-Maintain professional standards at all times.
-Work effectively on your own initiative and also as part of a team.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Approachable and friendly manner
-Empathy and compassion for others
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Ability to assimilate information quickly
-Taking appropriate actions when required
-Ability to prioritise and organise

We offer a full in-house induction programme, where you will receive all the training you need through a week long induction programme along with 2 weeks shadowing of an experienced Care Worker.
DBS Check and 2 Satisfactory References Required
Being a car driver or motorcyclist with your own transport is desire, plus the ability to work evenings and weekends to suit the requirements of our clients
COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff safe we frequently provide full PPE to all staff members. We also carry out routine COVID Testing weekly and follow the Government guidelines on isolating. Full PPE must be worn in all clients homes to help reduce the spread of COVID
