💜 How Healing Hands Holistic Therapies Began…

Nine years ago, Healing Hands Holistic Therapies started with one treatment… Reiki.

It was introduced to me by my aunt, who was a Reiki practitioner, at a time when I wasn’t feeling well myself. After experiencing first-hand how much it helped me, it genuinely changed my life. I knew I wanted to learn more, so I trained as a Reiki practitioner too.

That was the beginning of my holistic journey.

I started as a mobile therapist, travelling to clients in their own homes, before eventually building my own cosy treatment room at home. Over the years I’ve continued to learn, gaining qualifications in a range of holistic therapies so I can offer treatments tailored to each person’s individual needs.

One of the greatest gifts this business has given me is the flexibility to be present for my family. As a mum of three, including two neurodiverse sons, being there when my children need me has always been my priority. Having a business that allows me to support others while still being there for my own family means more than I can put into words.

Looking back, I feel incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported my little business over the past nine years. It’s been a privilege to meet so many wonderful people, build genuine relationships, earn their trust, and be part of their wellbeing journey.

Thank you to every single client who has chosen Healing Hands Holistic Therapies. Your support has helped make my dream a reality, and I’ll never take that for granted. Here’s to the next chapter. 💜
