We're hiring: Receptionist — Solasta Healthcare @ The Boulevard, Banbridge.

Our receptionist is the first person every patient meets. Before anyone sees a clinician, they've been welcomed, checked in and put at ease - when someone is anxious about their eyesight or their health, that first minute is so important.

The role

* Welcoming patients and managing check-in
* Answering calls, booking appointments and handling enquiries
* Supporting our clinical team and keeping clinic lists on track
* Accurate records and day-to-day admin

What we're looking for

* Experience in reception, customer service or administration — healthcare background welcome but not essential
* Comfortable with computers and booking systems
* Discretion with confidential information
* Someone who takes pride in the details

A fantastic evening at our latest Optometrist CPD meeting at Solasta Healthcare, reinforcing our ongoing dedication as an ophthalmology centre of excellence.

We were delighted to welcome Professor Colin Willoughby, who delivered an insightful presentation on the Biological Basis of SLT Laser and the Clinical Management of Glaucoma.

We also enjoyed an engaging and interactive session from Mr Nicholas Cotton on the Recognition, Referral and Background to YAG Capsulotomy for Optometrists.
