Today at 1PM kick off at the Bangor City Stadium 4G - Hogan's Arena , an incredible charity football game is taking place in support of the Lily Foundation 💙

Some of our MenTribe FC lads are putting their boots on and getting involved for what promises to be a brilliant day for an even more amazing cause.

The work the Lily Foundation does for families affected by mitochondrial disease is truly mind-blowing, providing support, raising awareness, and funding vital research that changes lives.

Yesterday, we brought the World Cup home… but the celebrations don’t stop there 🏆🌍

Out of 42 teams and an incredible 336 players, our very own Osian Jones stood head and shoulders above the rest to be crowned Player of the Tournament AND Top Goalscorer ⚽🔥

What an unbelievable achievement that is. To stand out on the biggest stage, against that level of competition, says everything about the player, the work ethic and the quality he brings.

Who needs CR7 when you’ve got OJ9 😮‍💨🐐

What. A. Day

After an unbelievable battle against Brazil, the final whistle blew at 1-1, and it all came down to penalties… 8 penalties later, we’ve only gone and done the unthinkable, WORLD CUP CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Massive respect to Brazil for giving us the toughest game of the tournament. A proper battle against a great bunch of lads 👏

But while we’re proud to bring the trophy home, today’s real winner was mental health. Football brought us together, but the message behind it means so much more. 💚

Couldn’t be prouder of this team. What a group of lads, what a journey, and what a moment to share together.
