If I’m honest I’ve had a wobble this entire year, worrying I’m not sharing the right thing, worrying I’m not enough.

I have realised over time just as we are will always be enough. Wobbles are a part of life, but it’s what makes us who we are.

I hope this makes sense to someone, and to those it does make sense I’m with you, in this together always.

Life is a wild ride, and we all go through these wobbles together. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you all. Thank you for accepting me as I am.

Art psychotherapy, often called Art Therapy, differs from counselling or talking therapies in that the client uses creative media (such as painting, drawing, collage, or sculpture, for example) to convey thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to express.
Group Art Therapy is not an art lesson or class; you do not need to be good at painting or drawing. Artmaking can improve your mental health; help you to process difficult feelings and share experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
