We offer professional care packages both privately and have contracts with Devon County Council.

A personal tailored care plan where we write together making you feel empowered to express you choices and wishes.

We choose a small care team so you can grow trust and confidence

All staff are introduced to you face to face and shown your care

You have your named supervisor who will support you through your journey

The manager is always available to speak/ visit you if you wish her to do so , often working in the community alongside her team.

For the most vulnerable we provide a free Red client visit weekly to check on your well being.

We have a food bank for anyone who is struggling

We have a folder in your home so you are involved in everything we do.

For 28 years I have been providing high quality care. I opened Trusted Care several years ago wanting to make changes for carers and clients in the community . Our management team brings **over 30 years of experience in the care sector**, and we are proud to have built a company based on trust, compassion, quality and consistency.

We are trusted to provide care under contract with **Devon County Council**, as well as supporting clients who receive private care packages.

What makes Trusted Care special is our people. 💚

A large part of our team have been with us for many years, which we believe says a great deal about the support, stability and working environment we provide.

( our carers travel is minimal, you work in one town and one small area of town)

Due to a continuing growing waiting list for Trusted Care and taking on emergency care packages we are recruiting.

We have provided care in the local community for nearly 30 years. Looking after clients in their own home.

WE PAY shift pay- guaranteed hours.
£13.45 per hour weekdays
£14.45 per hour weekends

We require Something of an alternative weekend .
Driving licence required for some of the runs.

Come and join an outstanding care team making differences to peoples lives everyday.

You will complete the Care certificate and be offered 12 months exceptional training to support you in your role.

In depth induction , shadowing and introductions to all the clients you will care for and continuing support by our supervisors and manager.

A lovely friendly team who will support you on your journey

The positions will be permanent due to our continuous growth and waiting list.
