Our regular ladies said it was too warm to go out today ,i made sure they ate a good meal,took any prescribed meds,i then cleaned up ,picked in their washing ,and locked up ready for the night .😘

This afternoon our regular lady wanted to go for a drive ,i made sure the air con was on for her ,and i took a bottle of water for her ,it was hot outside ,she said she was lovely and cool in the car ,she wanted to take fish n chips home,so i pre_ordered them ,that way she was not waiting round in the heat .😘
