All visiting have been cancelled these last couple of days due to the very hot weather 🔥🥵 . We have all kept cool under the trees 🌳 and drinking plenty of water to keep hydrated .

After Gladys had her Vet check today we visited Janice and her carers whilst keeping cool having cuddles ❤️ in her home 🏡

Here at Narrow Lane Barn we had some lovely visitors come and help out today in the beautiful sunshine 🌞 and what a brilliant job they have done in the makeshift green house.

This isn’t just a chick photo
This is a little ball of happiness that has made memories spark ✨️ . To see a face light up when they hear a little sound of a chick hatching and to be able to be part of it all . The end result to be able to hold and care for something so small again and see and feel that sense of purpose in a face is amazing 👏
I love my job but the best bit is making people feel special and happy just for a moment. Priceless moments for the individuals.

Today I have planted a hedgerow pack of 107 saplings given free from my local council 😀. We are hoping this little row will help protect use from the elements and give the wild animals somewhere to live over time. ☺️☯️ By planting it now hopefully my grandchildren can enjoy it just as much as I have planting them all .
