Ivy was finally trapped in the early hours. We had no sightings, just maintained the traps in the positions where we felt that she was present. She has a clean bill of health from the out of hours vets, and seems her usual self despite the weight loss. We pulled together as a family and stayed up all night in turns to monitor our open backdoor, plant bait in traps, and search for her. Sound energy, intention mantra, remote chakra alignment, and witchcraft were also employed for her safe return.

We can all finally get some sleep. Never felt so relieved ☺️ Thank you to those who helped us on social media, our neighbour community, Rozmogz Reborn Cat Rescue for the loan of a trap, and Purple Dragon Therapies by Gabi for supplying powerful crystals. You guys have supported us through an insanely challenging time. Our family is now whole again once more 🤎✨️🪷

Not business related, but we need to try everything we can, our indoor cat Ivy has been missing for 7 days, Tensing Terrace area of Barry. She hasn't been out in 5 years we have had her, she is both neutered and chipped, but she is very, very shy and nervous 😞 Please if you are, or know anyone in the area could you please keep an eye, or ask others to, for her. We are desperately worried about her and just need to get our girl back home 😞

Have you ever had an experience of pure stillness? Our retreats are designed to chill your entire nervous system, offering an impactful reset for your month ahead.

At first, you will be guided through a brief opening meditation, easing you in to land.

Then, with the aid of a bolster and other props your body will feel the breathing space supplied by the deep stretch of Yin. Followed by restorative poses to relax your muscles after they have been stretched. This enables you to drop deeper as we go in to Yoga Nidra, which is a body scan and a deep meditation for somatic release.

Our method truly maximises the health benefits of your Soundbath immersion. This has been successfully proven by the feedback from our events.

Primordial and ancient sound frequencies will enable you to blissfully fall deep. The soundscape is harmonised by Mo & John, and we go out of our way for you to feel held in our space.

Drop out from the troubles of the world for an evening of true connection with yourself. Let the world just get on with it, while you take time for just you.

You only need a yoga mat and some blankets, we supply everything else., Including a new eyemask that you keep.
