🚶‍♂️ Hwb Community Walk & Talk 🚶‍♀️

Another fantastic evening with our Hwb Community Walk & Talk group.

It was great to welcome some new faces along with our regular walkers as we took on a different route, enjoyed some good conversations, and finished with a light refreshment at Enzo’s before heading back to the Hwb.

The Walk & Talk is all about getting people together, having a chat, enjoying some fresh air, and supporting one another in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.

We’ll be doing it all again next week.

At Health Hwb, supporting our community is at the heart of everything we do.

We know that life can be tough. Work pressures, family responsibilities, mental health struggles, grief, stress and anxiety can all take their toll.

That’s why we’ve created a space where people can take time out, reset, recover and focus on their wellbeing without judgement.

This Men’s Health Week, every man who uses the Hwb will receive a FREE raffle ticket.

At the end of the week, one winner will receive:

The raffle is just our way of encouraging more men to walk through the door and invest some time in themselves.
