WHY try Reiki? 🤔

Do you feel like something is holding you back from booking a Reiki session? Well let me help you out with that! 😏 You are in the right place 😁

Life challenges us at the best of times, you may be going through something right now which is causing you anxiety, or stress levels may be a little higher than you would like.

Or you may have had situations in your past that you re-hash and maybe havent let go of, these can feel like they 'sit' in your body and every now and again pop up now and again saying hiiii 👋 im still here!

Reiki can help to start 'shifting and lifting' these feelings and get your energy moving and flowing again, feel calmer and more at peace resulting in you being able to cope a little easier. This is why a lot of people feel lighter after a session, Reiki is doing exactly what it's supposed to do 😉

A few comments I have had from different clients recently:-
"I feel more relaxed than I have in a long time"
"It feels like I've had a reset"
"I slept for 7 hours last night which is really good for me!"
