The longer I do this work, the more convinced I become that most women don’t need more information.
They need someone to help them make sense of the information they already have.
The women I work with are intelligent, capable and resourceful.
They’ve read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Tried the supplements.
Had the blood tests.
They know more about health than most people.
And yet many still find themselves lying awake at 3am, exhausted but unable to switch off, wondering why they feel so far away from the woman they used to be.
Because health isn’t just biology.
It’s the intersection between physiology, psychology, relationships, work, family, life experiences, beliefs and behaviours.
It’s the woman who spent decades being praised for being selfless and reliable.
The woman who learned to override her own needs.
The woman who can lead a board meeting, manage a team and hold a family together, but secretly wonders how much longer she can keep going like this.
No blood test can tell that story.
No AI tool can see it.
No algorithm can understand the full context of a life.
That’s why, despite all the advances in technology, I believe the human side of healthcare has never been more important.
Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t hidden in another test result.
Sometimes it’s found in finally feeling seen, heard and understood.
If this resonates, I’d love to know: what’s one thing about your health that you wish someone would take more seriously? 👇🏻
