✨ Yoga Teacher Graduation ✨

What a beautiful and transformative journey this has been.

This experience has taught me so much — not only about yoga, but also about patience, balance, self-growth, and connection.

As a massage therapist, movement and healing have always been important to me, and I’m so grateful to now continue this path through yoga as well 🧘‍♀️

Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way 💛

Excited for this new chapter and all the beautiful souls I’ll meet through it.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner I ate during my Yoga Teacher Training. And yes lots of herbal teas during the break time such as cinnamon, tulsi, fennel, rosemary tea etc.

Sometimes you need to travel to reconnect with yourself.

I recently returned to Nepal, the country where I was born, to complete my 25-day Yoga Teacher Training. For nearly a month I stepped away from my everyday life in the UK - away from work, responsibilities and distractions - to fully immerse myself in learning yoga and living yogic life even for a short period of time.

My accommodation, meals, and learning for 25 days began.

Every day was intense: early morning practice, meditation, philosophy, alignment class, and hours of study. But it was deeply fulfilling.

Yoga has always been something I loved, and finally taking time to study and learning it properly felt like returning to my childhood dream.

This space is where I’ll share my journey, what I learned, and how yoga continues to shape my life now that I’m back.

The journey is just beginning……..
