Afternoon lovely humans,

I am about to have a 6wks maternity break and will be back teaching and giving massage treatments from the 13th of March just in time for the start of Spring!

I have also qualified as a Level 3 Ayurveda & Holistic Health Couch.

Some clients Iv been working with like to have a private weekly yoga session then join my Saturday zoom group class and have a monthly massage treatment. Others like to work together with a friend to spread the cost.

I am also a qualified personal trainer (since 2010) and enjoy helping beginners start a training plan.
I have a client who likes to do 20mins fitness, 20mins yoga and then 20mins Thai Yoga Massage.
Your personal plan will be unique for your body and your goals.

I have space available this week for massage treatments or yoga tuition at my home (on google maps).

60mins Sessions:
Massage £50
Yoga £40

Availability:

Thursday 1230-430pm
Sunday 12-1pm

Clothed floor based Thai Yoga Massage and Thai Oil Fusion on the massage table.

Yoga can be one to one or I can take up to three people for the hour (same cost). The style will be tailored to you or your group (can cover pregnancy after first trimester and post natal).

I am recently back from teaching on my French Yoga Retreat and I have space available from October to take on new yoga and massage clients.

As we come into Autumn 🍂 is a great time to slow down and recharge our batteries.

I provide Thai Yoga Massage (clothed floor based), Thai Oil Fusion (on massage table) and private yoga tuition for any age, s*x and mobility level.
