💜 ASK TWICE

Sometimes when we ask someone how they are, they simply say:

“I’m fine.”

But sometimes “I’m fine” doesn’t mean everything really is fine.

This week, on 10th September – World Su***de Prevention Day, TCD is encouraging everyone to ASK TWICE.

💬 “How are you?”

And if something doesn’t feel quite right…

💬 “Are you really okay?”

Take the time to listen.
Don’t judge.
Don’t try to fix everything.
Just be there.

You never know how much that second question might mean to someone.

Who will you ASK TWICE today? 💜

A HUGE TCD NEWS UPDATE!

We’re absolutely delighted to share that TCD Charity has been awarded funding from the Crisis Resilience Fund through One Community Foundation and Kirklees

This funding will specifically support our veterans, helping us continue providing a safe and supportive space where veterans can connect, build confidence, improve wellbeing and access the support they need.

Our Veterans United group is a really important part of what we do at TCD, and this funding will help us strengthen and develop the support we offer to those who have served.

A huge thank you to One Community Foundation and Kirklees for recognising the importance of this work and supporting TCD and our veterans.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’re building together and excited for what’s ahead.

Supporting those who have served. Building connections. Strengthening lives.

💙 Support TCD through the Co-op Local Community Fund! 💙

We’re so excited to have 980 Co-op Members already supporting TCD — thank you so much! 🥰

But there’s still time to help us reach even more people before the fund closes on Saturday 17 October.

If you’re a Co-op Member and haven’t chosen your cause yet, we’d love for you to choose TCD and support the work we’re doing across our community. 💙

Every member who chooses us helps us continue providing mental health support, peer support, su***de prevention awareness, community activities and wellbeing sessions.

Please also share this post with your friends and family and encourage them to choose TCD too. Together, we can reach even more people and make a difference in our community. 💙

Thank you for supporting TCD!
