Would you know what to do in an emergency?

Join us for a one-day certified First Aid course designed to give you the essential knowledge, practical skills and confidence to respond effectively when it matters most.

During this engaging, hands-on training, you’ll learn how to deal with a range of first aid situations, including:
❤️ Managing an unresponsive casualty
🫀 Performing CPR
😮‍💨 Dealing with choking and shock
🩸 Treating bleeding, wounds and minor injuries
🤕 Why First Aid Matters

First aid knowledge is invaluable — at work, at home and in everyday life.

This course helps keep your knowledge current, practical and ready when it matters most.

📝 Assessment
Participants will complete:
• 4 × Practical Assessments
• 1 × Theory Assessment (Multiple Choice Question Paper)
Successful participants will receive a nationally recognised certificate, valid for 3 years 🎓
