Sauna at the Kings

To celebrate Sauna at the Kings turning TWO years old we have added a wee birthday line up to tempt you. Monday 13th of July an evening of birthday vibes. Two Slow Saunas, 90 mins of full moon magic - 6-7.30pm and 7.45pm-9.15pm. The 3rd and final session of the night will be 9.30pm-10.30pm, a lovely late night sauna which will begin with 20mins of Kimberley Yoga guiding you in a gentle yoga flow and grounding intro on the beach, preparing your mind and body for a deeply relaxing 70 min night sauna. Message or email to book your place. Each spot is £24 and places are limited. Looking forward to seeing lots of your faces there and celebrating two spectacular years of our sauna bringing people together in Cullen.
The sauna will be closed from the 1st July to the 10th July as I take some family time out but back open Saturday the 11th July. ALL the availability until the end of august is now ready to be booked online so get your saunas scheduled in.

The sea is warming up, which means it’s the perfect time to enjoy the coolest part of the hot-cold experience at Sauna at the Kings.

Have you tried floating on your back, standing into the waves, or just letting the sea roll you around? So much fun. And after a sauna session, the water feels even more incredible.

Chuffed about this… happened a while ago, and I’m finally getting round to sharing it.

Sauna at the Kings is officially an approved Operator Member of the British Sauna Society. This logo lets you know that you can expect a quality authentic sauna experience with us. The British Sauna Society is a wealth of knowledge and experience, they are setting the standards, guiding and supporting the growth in this area nationally.

Thank you to all of our wonderful guests and my sauna team, who make Sauna at the Kings what it is.

From private sessions to public social sauna experiences, we love seeing new friendships formed and familiar faces returning week after week.

Thank you for continuing to support local sauna culture — we couldn’t do this without you.

My favourite month, MAY. We are kicking off May with some magic full moon slow saunas Friday night, these are fully booked but look out for another at the end of May- as this month we get 2 full moons!

Last Friday we invited some of our lovely sauna lovers down for a photo shoot at Sauna at the Kings.
I had a clear vision — to capture images to refresh our website with real, beautiful moments from our community. The laughter, the stillness, the glow… capturing what it actually feels like to be here. The hot, the cold, the calm in between.
Shelley Foto has completely blown me away. Image after image, just pure magic — mood, light, reflections… you can almost feel the experience through them.

In May we are introducing women-only sauna sessions — a calm, comfortable space to relax, reset and unwind.

Spaces are limited, so booking is essential:
