Summer at the sauna…☀️

We’ve got some sunny days left in us, we’re sure of it!

☀️ Our summer schedule is still Wednesday evenings, all day Saturday and all day Sunday; availability is all online and that’s where the booking happens too ❤️

❄️ Once the days start getting a little shorter and darker we’ll be bringing back our full moon sessions and might even look at some sun rise sessions too so watch this space!

We’ve had a lovely sunny Saturday today with lots of happy people making the most of the new additions to our little sauna site ❤️

Just a little reminder of what we offer…….

📆 We are open Wednesday evenings from 6pm and then all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

⏰ 50 minute and 80 minute private and shared sessions, and longer sessions available on request.

🌊 Specific ‘High Tide’ sessions! And we are a
30 second walk to the sea at high water (plus around an hour either side!)

🧊 Custom built cold plunge tank and cold shower.

🏖️ Lots of lovely decking and seating to relax.

⭐️ Loyalty cards snd sauna passes.
