Sometimes trying something new may feel a little daunting, so this is your first session de mystified. When you arrive we will do a consultation, to find out about your health and lifestyle and your goals of having reflexology, then once you are comfy on the couch or reclining chair I will start with a warm-up, often cleaning your feet or using light, relaxing motions. I will apply firm, precise pressure to various points, sometimes focusing on tender spots that correspond to tense areas in the body. You will feel relaxed and deeply relaxed, some clients fall asleep. The session draws to a close with further foot massage and hot towels to finish 🙏
