I had no idea when I started GLP1… that it would be the catalyst that changed my whole life.

I could never have predicted what happened next.

The biggest changes in my weight loss journey happened when I paired my GLP1 with a simple morning routine rooted in physiology.

A few months ago I was turning my brain inside out trying to break through a GLP1 weight loss plateau when I finally discovered my body was completely dysregulated due to an insane workload and not enough self care.

No amount of calories or workouts was going to fix it so I turned to physiology instead. The one thing that no one ever talks about yet it holds the key to successful weight loss.
