You’re about to be seeing a LOT more of Coach Erin around here, because she’s officially coming on board part time with Bodyrox 👏

Erin joined me really early on in the Bodyrox journey and, truthfully, she’s been a massive part of the success of this place.

She’s grown with Bodyrox, she knows our girls, the team love her (maybe not after some workouts) and she’s supported me side by side and I genuinely couldn’t have picked a better coach to do this crazy journey with 💜

Name a better ginger duo… I’ll wait 😂😂

Bodyrox has grown massively, and for it to keep growing, I need time to work on the business as well as coaching in it.

So more Erin in classes means more time for me behind the scenes, developing the Collective, creating new ideas, improving what we already do and working on what’s next 👀 Erin also has amazing ideas for Bodyrox and I love we are building this together

This isn’t me stepping back.

It’s me stepping it up. 👏💜

The Collective is designed for women who want more accountability, structure and support alongside their training.

What’s included?

✔ Personal calorie and macro targets
✔ Nutrition guidance and support
✔ Progress reviews and goal setting
✔ Ongoing coaching support
✔ Priority access to future photoshoots, events and challenges

You have an absolute JOY to coach. It’s been our absolute pleasure to have you on our team and so thankful you found us. You are a beautiful soul and train like an absolute beast 🤣.

Our loss is NZ gain but we couldn’t be prouder or more excited to see you take this leap of faith and start an incredible new life 💜

We just know your going to smash it and you will always remain an honorary member of our community 💜

Turns out the best bit of training isn’t always the workout… it’s the people. 💜

You’re far less likely to skip when you know your girls are expecting you. You might cancel the gym… but it’s a lot harder to cancel on your people. 👯‍♀️🔥
