Hi, I'm Hayley. Identity Alchemist for rejection sensitive, neurospicy women who constantly ghost their own goals. I help you untangle your wild threads, the stories, memories, beliefs & fears, & help you reclaim your confidence, so that you can lead yourself, your business & your life with clarity, joy & self trust. I've lived this path, I understand what it's like to have a brain full of ideas,

100 canva folders of half done projects & a body that doesn't want to move forward. That's why I love supporting other women to build sustainable, consistent momentum that is true to them.

When you’re called out by your own FB memories 😬

Five years ago, I shared this:

“Knowing what must be done does away with fear.”

At the time, I believed it.

At that time I didn’t realise how much fear was holding me back.

Of course, sometimes you can push through the fear & that boosts your confidence motivating you to keep moving forwards.

Sometimes pushing through comes with a cost of overwhelm & burnout. Only for you to take weeks to recover, then you repeat the whole cycle again.

But what about when you can’t just push through. When fear is hiding behind people-pleasing & perfectionism.

When you’re busy all the time & everytime you’re going to do the thing you remember something else you need to do first.

Fear doesn’t always come banging at the gate announcing its presence.

Sometimes it just rearranges your priorities.

It convinces you the washing, somebody else’s problem or one more bit of preparation really does need doing first.

So five years later, I’d have to change that quote to:

Knowing what must be done doesn’t always do away with fear.

Please tell me I’m not the only one whose fear has a very convincing to-do list 😬

Why do you suddenly forget everything you know in the moments that matter?

“I still keep ending up in the same old pattern.”

I hear this from highly sensitive women every single day.

I used to ask myself it too.

Here’s what I know now.

When your nervous system detects a threat, you prefrontal cortex, (the thinking, logical, part of your brain) literally shuts down to save your energy for more important stuff, like survival.

You physically cannot access all that info you’ve stored.
The tips.
The how to’s.
The plan you prepared of what to do in this exact moment.

That’s why when you work with me we don’t practice logic.

Instead we create enough safety in your body to prevent your mind shutting down.

Through story, symbolism & body based practices, we meet the Guardians ruling your Inner kingdom.

You acknowledge their needs.

You reclaim what they’re protecting.

You give them new instructions that let them know you’re safe.

Because when the Guardians no longer believe you’re in danger, choice returns.

You return.
&
The you, who always knew what she needed to do,
Can finally do it.

If you’re ready to break those old patterns I’ve got 2 spaces available. Is one of them yours?

Trying to change while you’re terrified of rejection is almost impossible.

You know exactly what you want to say.

You rehearse it.

You promise yourself this time will be different.

Then the moment arrives…

Your guardian the Velvet Shield says “don’t hurt their feelings”

Your Tethered Spirit says “Last time you spoke out it didn’t end well”.

You didn’t plan on just letting it go, yet once again you hear yourself saying,

“It’s fine.”

It’s frustrating, annoying & leaves you pi**ed off at yourself.

But it’s not your fault.

Your voice didn’t disappear.

It was simply outnumbered by the guardians who are following outdated instructions.

Share this with a sensitive woman you know, who is always blaming herself.

Does it ever feel like different parts of you are pulling in opposite directions?

A part of you doing your best to make changes.

While another part is determined to keep you right where you are.

Living with that kind of contradiction is exhausting.

It also makes perfect sense.

Every part of you is trying to meet a need in the only way it knows how.

What situations make your parts pull in opposite directions?

Today a client told me she thinks I underestimate how beneficial our Village Hall gatherings are.

She comes as she is.
She shares her intentions for the week.
We discuss what might get in the way & we work through it.
We breathe & regulate.
Sometimes there’s tears.
More often there’s laughter.

Every week she leaves remembering who she is.

We know it works because she leaves with more clarity, more confidence, more self trust.

Her new clients are a reflection of that.

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from the simplest of actions.

Giving yourself the space to be yourself & have your voice heard.

The Village Hall is a twice weekly gathering

Mondays for intention
Fridays for accountability ( both via zoom)

Always relaxed. Always supportive. Always human.

One of my favourite moments when I work with a woman in ‘The Remembering’

is when she realises she’s stopped asking everyone else….

“What do you think I should do?”

Instead, she pauses.

Checks in with her own Inner Kingdom…

& remembers she already knows.

She isn’t looking for my permission anymore.

She remembers how to trust herself.

❤️‍🔥 If you’re longing for that kind of relationship with yourself, I’d love to walk beside you inside The Remembering.

Have you ever found yourself wondering…

“When did I stop feeling like me?

Because I know it doesn’t happen all at once.

Parts of you just seem to disappear a little at a time.

One more compromise.

One more disappointment.

One more expectation.

One role.

Until one day you realise you’ve become incredibly good at meeting everyone else’s needs…

…while slowly forgetting your own.

Remembering who you are isn’t a destination to get to.

It’s who you are now, but your guardians have taken control.

If you’re longing to remember the woman beneath the roles, you’ll find a magical portal to The Wayfinder’s Inn waiting in the comments. Come join us x

Duality is not the wound.

It’s the moment two truths meet.

Your Flame remembers who you came here to be.

Your Guardians remember what it took to survive.

The space between them becomes the place where your life unfolds.

We’ve been taught that healing means getting rid of the parts of ourselves we don’t like.

My experience has been very different.

The more I explore the inner world, the more I see that lasting change doesn’t come from rejecting parts of ourselves. It comes from understanding why they showed up in the first place.

What part of yourself have you spent the longest trying to change?
