Good morning! 🌱

Excited to share something I’ve been working on.

I’m launching Common Ground, a men’s drop-in group at Community Centre Windhill, every Friday morning, 10–11am.

No agenda. No pressure. Just a space for men to show up, connect, and talk about whatever’s on their mind.

Whether you’re going through something, feeling a bit disconnected, or just want somewhere to be on a Friday morning, you’re welcome here.

There’s also a brilliant little coffee shop on site with great food and genuinely lovely staff. So even if you just fancy a brew and some company, come on down.

Pass it on if you know someone who might benefit from this, give them a nudge. Sometimes all it takes is someone saying “you should check this out.”

Find out more about the venue here 👉 https://www.facebook.com/share/1B4SBZf97J/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Hope to see some familiar — and new — faces soon. 👋

💚 It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and honestly, we need it more than ever.

The world feels heavy right now. Uncertain. Loud. And everywhere you look, there’s a filter, a filler, a “glow up” or a reality show telling you who you should be, what you should look like, and why you’re not quite enough yet.

But here’s the truth: you are enough. Exactly as you are.

Imperfect? Good. Perfection is a myth, a heavily edited, AI smoothed, ring lit unobtainable myth. Nobody actually lives there.

Your laugh lines, your quirks, your bad hair days, your “still figuring s**t out” energy that’s real. That’s human. That’s worth celebrating.

This week, give yourself permission to just be YOU. Not the filtered version. Not the version you think people want to see. Just you.

Being yourself isn’t a consolation prize. It’s the whole point. 💚. 💚

In a world where cruelty is shown to us everywhere, don’t forget that there are kind and caring people in abundance. You don’t have to be cruel to succeed, don’t drag people down or step on them. Take them on your journey and be part of theirs too.

Empathy and kindness are not weak!!! But they are free

So whilst bored and not up to much over the last few days I gave this podcast a listen. Loved it!!! It’s very thought provoking to what we deem as happiness and what drives us. Give it a listen if you can, it’s also on YouTube.

Think there may a bit of work getting planned around this, so if you think you’d be interested keep an eye out

💙 Making ADHD Assessments More Accessible For Adults and Children – New Price 💙

I know how hard it can feel when you’re waiting for answers. The recent news about NHS ADHD assessments is heartbreaking – some people are facing waits of over 8 years, and many lists are now closed. This means countless individuals are left struggling without the support they need, while those who can afford private care move ahead. It’s unfair, and it impacts every part of life – mental health, education, work and social.

No one should have to fight this hard for clarity. A diagnosis isn’t just a label – it’s a lifeline, a way to understand yourself and move forward with confidence.

That’s why I’ve changed my pricing to make assessments more accessible:

✅ New Price: Face to Face £349 or Remote Video £249

✔ Full assessment and documented report
✔ Personalised action plan

If you’ve been waiting, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, please know you’re not alone. I’m here to help make this process easier and more affordable, because everyone deserves the chance to thrive.

Message or call me today if you’d like to take the next step – 💙

🎄 Christmas can be hard for many — and that’s okay to admit 🎄

This festive season might look picture-perfect on social media, but for a lot of people in the UK, it comes with real pressure, worry and pain.

• Over 2 in 5 Brits say they feel stressed during the festive period.

• Around 1 in 4 struggle with anxiety or depression around December and Christmas time.

• For many, the pressure isn’t just about family gatherings — it’s money, the cost of gifts and hosting, especially with the rising cost of living.

• Some find Christmas especially difficult because it reminds them of loss, grief or difficult memories — anniversaries, missing loved ones, or life changes.

It’s important to remember: it’s okay to feel how you feel.
You don’t have to “play happy” just because everyone else seems to be.

If you’re struggling with anxiety or loneliness, overwhelmed by finances or just missing someone this season — you’re not alone.
And it’s more than okay to reach out. Talk to a friend, send a message to someone you care about, or simply allow yourself a quiet moment.

✨ Let’s make this a Christmas where kindness, understanding and togetherness actually mean something — even if that means checking in on someone quietly, sending a message, or simply listening. Because sometimes that’s what matters most. ✨
