From Monday 6th July 2026, all appointment requests should be submitted through our online appointment request system. This will help us direct you to the most appropriate clinician, reduce waiting times, and ensure your request is dealt with as efficiently as possible.

How it works:

1. Complete a short online form. This can be accessed via https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/M89024

2. A member of our team will review your request

3. We will contact you with the most appropriate appointment or advice

If you are unable to use the online system, our reception team will still be available to help you submit a request over the telephone or in person.

Please remember if your condition is a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department. For urgent medical advice when the practice is closed, please contact NHS 111.

Thank you for your patience and support as we introduce this new system.
