It’s with a heavy heart that I’m going to cancel yoga tomorrow. The heat is remaining and there’s a chance someone could pass out… including me 😵‍💫

Another great time at Orbit festival. I’m full of gratitude for my amazing life and experiences like these. Took part in yoga, tribal movement, song bath, breathwork and more. Enhancing my skills to bring to your classes. Yoga life is the best!! 🙌
