You have been a pleasure.
To come into the season with over 12 injuries to manage and rehabilitate, the light at the end of the tunnel seemed dim, but resilience, hard work, blood, sweat and tears! We’ve all come out the tunnel and found the light, right into promotion.

I’m incredibly proud of every single player.
Immensely grateful to work alongside such a good coaching team.
It’s been a blast this season.

I’ve stepped away from my role due to personal circumstances, it’s sad day but a bright future for everyone.
All the best for the future to each individual and the club, go smash it next season ✨

‼️Trigger warning ‼️

🦵🏻walking goals 👣

⚽️ Player A: come to see me with medial shift to his knee during walking, as seen clearly on video1. Position is goal keeper. Agility being a major component of work for his player position on the field. With this shift it is clear enough to see he needs assessment and rehab.

👁️ Insight: previous knee injury undiagnosed with anything but left with serious issues with exercise or walking. 3 professional physios have all told him he can continue to play and it is simply just a muscle imbalance. I found this hard to believe so we did a whole new assessment to find out our own objective outcome.

🔍 investigation: Slight positive laxity on ACL and MCL special tests. Slight grind and jump on meniscus special tests.

🗣️ outcome: referral for MRI, been put on waiting list and told to continue playing by physiotherapist at Dr surgery. ❌ no no no……

❓What now… well going off our own assessment outcome we know acl mcl and meniscus are giving positive results, showing injury or previous injury. we also now know the body can heal naturally given recent sport science research on ACL surgery/rehab. So we put together a specialised rehab plan to target all 3 issues… fast forward 3 weeks later and video2 will show you that we are so close to RTT and RTP 🙌🏻
