This time last year the time was rapidly approaching when my colleague and good friend of many years Elaine was leaving us to begin her well earned retirement !!  She’d worked as an excellent funeral arranger for many years (far more than she’d thank me for saying !!) and had been absolutely invaluable - many of you I’m sure will remember her - keeping me in order and keeping our office running so smoothly!! - and I knew just how very difficult it was going to be to replace her - BUT new chapter was beginning and I was delighted to announce that my daughter Joanna was returning!!!
 And how she’s turned things round!! I can confidently say that it’s thanks to Jo that we are now well and truly in the 21st century - and it’s her skills- not only as a superb funeral arranger - but as office manager too - that have achieved this !!
We’re looking forward to the future together, and although there is no doubt that over the years we have seen many changes in the world of funeral directing one thing remains constant - we will always remain a family-run business- dedicated to supporting our families with the compassion and professionalism that has become our trademark over the years - so thanks Elaine for all the help and friendship you’ve given me over the years and thanks too to you Jo for standing by my side as we move forward into the future. 💕💕###
