We are seeing a rise in measles cases in parts of England.

Vaccination is the most effective way to protect children from serious illness.

We’re encouraging parents to check their children are up to date with their vaccinations. Check your child's red book or speak to their GP practice.

**** We have recently undertaken a review of our DNA (did not attend)appointments and during January 2026 - a staggering 313 patients did not attend their appointment!!. They were not cancelled. We have made the cancelling appointments process even easier for patients. When patients are sent a SMS text reminder of their appointment they can actually click on a link and cancel the appointment if it is no longer needed. Please cancel your appointment ahead of time if it is no longer needed so that we can allocate it to someone else. Thank you ****

Croft Medical Centre are looking for volunteers to join their Patient Participation Group. (PPG)
Do you have an hour to spare every couple of months to join our virtual PPG? Working with the practice management to discuss processes and new ideas and help bring back a community feel between patients and the staff at practice. This will all be done via our face book group.
If you are interested in knowing more please pop your name below. Once received, we will be asking you 3 patient identifiable questions for security reasons. We look forward to hearing from you!
