Gentle reminder that mental health doesn’t take a day off.

Healing is often not a linear process. You can have good mental health days and you can have bad mental health days along the way.

Be kind and patient with yourself.

Check in with yourself and friends regularly, on how you’re feeling - really feeling.

You are not alone. ❤️

I wanted to share this link, I think it explains in a clear but simple way how sometimes our brain can confuse new situations for unsafe. That ‘feeling’ doesn’t always help an anxious brain.
