Bring your NHS number and ID badge / payslip or other proof that you are a frontline health and social care worker. You do not need to be registered at this practice to attend. If possible, print and fill in the covid pre-vaccination questionnaire on our website and bring it with you on the day.

There are significant wait times at hospital for referrals. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we can not change the wait time for your appointment. These are a couple of examples of current waits. Cancer colorectal is around 8 weeks. ENT and Urology referrals are 48 weeks. We apologise for this but this is outside of our control.
