I just visited my friend Edit Gardner, who started her wellbeing check business and I had a great experience learning about my body and received great advice on what to improve.

She also offers £10 worth of Bowel Cancer home test kits to new patients.

Although it was not a doctors appointment, I received a very comprehensive check up and she has a wealth of knowledge on the matter. She could answer pretty much any questions I had 🤯

I would definitely recommend her if you want to have the peace of mind and make sure you are in good shape.

Hi there! My name is Stefan and I am an accredited and experienced massage therapist in West Midlands, with almost 10 years of experience.

With the cost of living on a constant rise, I have had a few people ask me about becoming a certified massage therapist in the hope of adding a bit of extra income on evenings or weekends.

That’s why I decided to deliver an accredited massage course that gets you certified and ready to work in as little as 3 weeks. I decided to open it up to a few slots per enrollment – groups with no more than 6 people. If this is something you may be interested in, then please know:

- The course has a recognised accreditation, this means that anyone with this certification can obtain insurance from any of the main insurance providers which they require to work on members of the public.

- Written to National Occupational Standards (NOS)

- This course will teach you everything you need to know about offering a professional full body massage and includes a practical training session and assessment.

💜 High-functioning pain?

🩹 Unlike pain caused by a traumatic event - injury, disease, damage etc - high-functioning pain conditions are difficult to detect!

Over 10 years as an expert massage therapist, I treated many high-profile clients that on a first impression basis don’t look as if they are experiencing any pain at all.

Most of the time they barely know themselves.

Sadly, left untreated pain can become chronic pain.
