Bromford Lane offers care, support and exceptional accommodation for people with all manner of needs. We have 6 different units within Bromford Lane.

Bromford Lane Care Centre is a centre of excellence that cares for the many needs within the local community, yet individualised and homely domesticated environments. Judy Williams RMA is the Centre Manager. Judy is highly experienced and brings with her, the vast knowledge, how to meet the needs of most people. Lesley Radcliffe, the house managers has worked with Judy for a long time, specialising in achieving targets (such as re-skilling and rehabilitation) with our Service Users.

Today we enjoyed a lovely outing to Ward End Park with some of our wonderful residents. Everyone had a fantastic time watching the ducks, enjoying the fresh air, treating themselves to an ice cream and stopping by the local chip shop.

Following the success of today’s trip, we’re delighted to make this a weekly activity every Wednesday (weather permitting). Each week, we will be inviting different residents to join us, giving everyone the opportunity to choose between enjoying an ice cream or a delicious fish and chips lunch while getting out into the community, making memories and enjoying meaningful experiences together.

In the afternoon, we spent some relaxing time in our sensory room with residents where we enjoyed group conversations, socialising and a calm, welcoming atmosphere to end the day. 💙

🧹🌼 Our wonderful residents and activity team came together to give the front of our home a good clean and tidy.

Working side by side, everyone helped with sweeping, tidying, and freshening up the entrance, taking great pride in making it look welcoming for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

A fantastic team effort by everyone involved – thank you for all your hard work! 💚

Today our residents enjoyed a wonderful morning on the balcony, making the most of the fresh air and beautiful weather. We spent time together taking part in bingo, encouraging conversation, laughter and friendly competition. The fun continued with a variety of light sports activities, keeping everyone active, engaged and smiling.

This morning, we enjoyed a lovely walk around the local community, having a mooch around the local shops and admiring the beautiful flowers along the way. It was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy some fresh air and take in the summer surroundings.

Residents got creative with arts and crafts, producing some beautiful, colourful artwork that brightened everyone’s day. 🎨

We also had a fun-filled games session, enjoying cards, number games and dice games, which brought plenty of friendly competition, laughter and great conversation.

Another lovely day making memories together at Bromford Lane Care Centre. 💙

✨ Music has a wonderful way of bringing people together. 🎶💚

Our residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the garden as the wonderful Phil entertained everyone with a fantastic selection of songs. There was plenty of singing along, smiling, clapping, and even a little dancing in the sunshine! ☀️🎤

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and a little healthy competition as everyone joined in. Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you to everyone who took part and made it such an enjoyable session.

Our residents enjoyed a lovely morning of relaxation and companionship in the salon. They were treated to soothing hand massages, freshly painted nails, and spent time knitting while enjoying a friendly chat together.

Our popular pop-up shop visited the home, giving residents the opportunity to browse and choose from a wonderful selection of treats, clothing, and other lovely new items.

Everyone took part in a fun-filled sports session, enjoying balloon tennis, gentle exercises, and plenty of laughter.

Today, our wonderful residents had great fun swapping roles with the team here at Bromford Lane Care Centre!

For a little while, our residents became the staff, making sure our staff were well looked after. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and lots of role reversal as everyone embraced the fun.

It was a fantastic activity that brought everyone together, created some lovely memories, and reminded us all that a little kindness and care can brighten anyone’s day. We think our residents did an amazing job looking after our staff! 💙
