Join us for our monthly workshop as we focus on the summer meridian lines of the Heart and Small Intestine. Through a restorative Yin practice, we'll gently open the heart centre and release deep-held tension within the body.
We'll also explore a range of concentration and meditation techniques, supported by pranayama (breathwork), to balance energy, calm the nervous system, and cultivate a greater sense of inner ease.
The workshop will conclude with a soothing sound experience, allowing you to fully rest and absorb the benefits of the practice. Together, these elements help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and leave you feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded as you move into the month ahead.
No experience needed - every body welcome
All mats, props and cosy blankets provided.
