Activities Coordinator – Stone House, Bishop’s Castle
30 hours per week (job share considered)
Stone House is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and people‑focused Activities Coordinator to join our friendly team and help enrich the daily lives of our residents.
In this rewarding role, you’ll plan and deliver a varied programme of meaningful activities — from arts and crafts and music sessions to community events, reminiscence activities and one‑to‑one support. You’ll work closely with residents, families and colleagues to ensure every activity reflects individual interests, abilities and wellbeing needs.
What we’re looking for:
A warm, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for supporting older people
Creativity and confidence in planning engaging group and one‑to‑one activities
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and the wider team
Energy, enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude
