Sammy turned 1 last week and I turned 40 — what a pair!!! 🤣😎🥳

Becoming a mum later in life is beautiful, but it can also feel really isolating at times. Big love to all the older new mums in Blackpool — you’re doing brilliantly 💪❤️

We met with the fabulous Ruth & Keith (aka the legendary black liver) this week 💛

We chatted about how Blackpool is in desperate need of daytime comedy gigs for mums… where babies are actually welcome 👶🍼

These already exist in big cities… so why should new mums have to travel for hours just to have a proper laugh? 🤷‍♀️

We’re Blackpool — we invented fun!!! Surely we can do better than that?! 🤗

I had no idea how much my world (and my sense of self) was about to change.
