200g 0% Greek yoghurt, 150g frozen Cherries, 75g fresh Strawberries, 75g fresh Blueberries, 30g Jammy Biscuit Whey, 25g Peanut Granola, 10g Honey and 5g Chia Seeds.

๐Ÿ” Tea tonight we are having a Grilled BBQ Chicken, Cheese and Bacon Burger in the new Potato Buns from Tesco!

Makes 1 burgers ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

โ–ช๏ธCoat 2 mini fillets in 1/4 of the BBQ seasoning and pop them in a preheated air fryer for 10 minutes.
โ–ช๏ธWhen the chicken has had 3 minutes stick a bacon medallions in.
โ–ช๏ธToast the potatoes buns and add some rabbit food if your choice to the base.
โ–ช๏ธWhen the chicken is done pop it in the salad then a cheese slice, the bacon medallions and tbsp of BBQ sauce then stick the lid on.

Per burger ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ 414 calories, 40g protein and 3.5g fibre!
