I’m so excited to announce that our brand-new Friday Little Superheroes class will be taking place at world blackpool. 🎉

Designed especially for little ones aged 2–5 years, these sessions are so much more than just play!

🦸‍♀️ A structured Little Superheroes wellbeing & physical development session
🎨 Fun activities with our Little Superheroes
✂️ Crafts to make and take home
💛 Activities designed to support confidence, wellbeing, resilience and development
🌴 And the BEST bit we’ll finish with complimentary play in the Jungle World play area! After the session 🥳

💷 £7.50 per child

📅 First session: Friday 11th September

⚠️ ONLY 10 SPACES AVAILABLE!
Because numbers are intentionally kept small so every little superhero gets the attention they deserve.

👶💛 SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR OUR TINIEST SUPERHEROES! 💛👶

Are you a new mummy looking for somewhere friendly, relaxed and welcoming to come with your little one? 🥰

Our brand-new Superbabies class starts in September and is specially designed for newborns to wobbly walkers! 🌟

It’s not just about coming along for a play every activity has a little bit of learning behind it too. 🧠✨

Through simple, age-appropriate play we’ll be encouraging:

👀 Sensory development – exploring different sights, sounds and textures
🗣️ Early communication – songs, rhymes, sounds and interaction
🤲 Physical development – supporting those early movements and growing strength
❤️ Social & emotional development – building confidence and enjoying positive interactions
🧠 Early brain development – learning through play, repetition and discovery

But most importantly… there’s absolutely no pressure! ❤️

Babies don't need to sit, crawl or do anything “perfectly”. They can simply explore at their own pace while you enjoy some lovely one-to-one time together.

And for mums, it’s a chance to get out of the house, meet other new parents, have a cuppa, chat, laugh and realise that none of us have this parenting thing completely figured out! 😂☕️

We’ve got LOTS happening at Little Superheroes Blackpool and I’m so excited to welcome lots of new and familiar faces through the doors!

✨ Monday – Superhero Childminder Sessions
👶 Thursday – Brand New Superbabies – for newborns to wobbly walkers plus ABC adventures for our early years children.
⭐ Friday – Brand New Little Superheroes Session details to be announced.
🦸 Sunday – Superhero Sundays for all ages

And of course… 🎅🎄 our BIG Christmas event is coming on 5th December! More on that very soon 👀

Whether you’ve got a tiny new superhero, a busy toddler or a little one getting ready for their next big adventure, there’ll be something for you. ❤️

✨ Our EYFS Little Superheroes are off on an Alphabet Adventure! 🔤🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

Starting Thursday 10th September at Gatehouse Community Centre, our brand-new EYFS sessions are for little ones aged 2–5 or younger if a confident walker, from 10.30am–11.30am.

This term, we’re heading on an Alphabet Adventure with the Little Superheroes! 🌈📚

Each week we’ll explore new letters and sounds through fun, play-based activities, stories, movement, creativity and learning, all while supporting those important EYFS skills and helping our little superheroes build confidence, friendships and independence. 💛

A lovely, welcoming hour where learning feels like FUN! 🥰

Good Morning Superheroes, how is everyone today?

I am off to visit new venue today and finalise details for our new Friday classes so keep your eyes peeled for more info later 😍

Then off to spend some time with youngest grandbabies so daddy can go visit mummy. She is due her procedure today so hopefully first step to the road to recovery its been an awful few weeks but onward and upwards for my brave girl.

A Little Something I’d Love You To Consider 💜

I came across this local radio post looking for nominations , and it really got me thinking about everything that has happened over the past year.

When I started Little Superheroes Blackpool, my aim was never simply to run children's classes. I wanted to create something that could make a genuine difference to families in our community somewhere children could build confidence, friendships and resilience, and parents could feel welcomed, supported and never judged.

Since then, we’ve grown into so much more. From our weekly sessions and new classes, to school and community work, wellbeing activities, supporting local families and businesses, and bringing people together through events like our hugely successful National Play Day.

And I’m incredibly proud that what started as an idea has now grown into something much bigger, including working alongside others through Flying Start Families CIC, with the shared goal of making a positive difference to local families.

I don't usually talk about myself or the things I do. I just get on with it because I genuinely love seeing the difference it can make. ❤️

So when I saw the post for nominations, I thought perhaps this is something I should actually put myself forward for.

Not because I expect to win, and certainly not because I feel I deserve it more than anyone else there are so many incredible people doing amazing things in our community already who I have the upmost respect for.

But if you feel that the work I’ve been doing for local children, families and our community deserves to be recognised, and you'd like to nominate me, I would be incredibly grateful. 🥹💜

Whether I’m nominated or not, I’ll keep doing what I do because making a difference is what this has always been about. 🦸‍♀️✨

Sometimes you don’t realise how far you’ve come until someone else points it out. 💜

Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged and believed in Little Superheroes along the way. This is as much yours as it is mine. 🥰
