It’s easy to think that adding more products will give you better results, but your skin doesn’t necessarily need a complicated routine.🙂

Choose products that are suited to you & what you actually need.👍

A simple, consistent routine with the right products can be much more effective than using lots of products just because they’re popular & trending.

*Let’s Talk ROSACEA*

I get asked about rosacea quite a lot from clients, especially lately & I think it’s something that can be misunderstood.✨

Rosacea is a common inflammatory skin condition that can cause redness, flushing, sensitivity & sometimes small bumps or visible blood vessels.
It can be frustrating, especially when you’re not sure what your skin needs.🤷

One of the best places to start is to strip everything back. Keep your routine simple, gentle & consistent, make sure you’re using the right kind of skincare & makeup products for your skin. 💚

It’s also helpful to understand your own triggers. These can include heat, sunlight, strenuous exercise, stress, fragrances & for some people, certain foods or drinks.

There are makeup products that can help to even out the appearance of redness & skin tone if you want to - but please don’t ever feel that you have to hide your skin.
We’re not looking for perfection.
It’s about helping you feel comfortable & confident in your own skin.⭐

There are different things that can help support rosacea-prone skin & I’m always happy to talk you through some options.💕
