Good news, an update on our Groups and Activities. Our Prostate Cancer Support will now be meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, from 7.30pm at the Royal British Legion.

Also our housebound Chair Exercises are on hold for the time being.

As ever we are always looking for volunteers to either run a group with something they are passionate about and would like to share with others, or join our befriending team and visit one of our housebound patients who is lonely and isolated.

If you have any spare time to offer, get in touch we would love to hear from you. 🙂

Nordic Walking today 13th March - . As there is a likelihood of some rain between 1030 and midday, we're cancelling the walk for today. Hopefully next week will be brighter.
