With an MA in Environment and Philosophy and many years spent working as a ceramic artist and author, Wyn brings together academic research, visual storytelling and a lifelong fascination with the ancient world.

Together we dig deep into History, Myth, and Folklore, unpicking the facts from the legends and bringing the past to life!

But, sometimes you struggle to see that. Certain thoughts, that have skewed your perception of your beautiful self, through difficult past experiences, raise their heads...
The "not good enoughs" echo through your mind.
The "things will never get better for me" chime loud.
The "this can't work out; things like this don't happen" fight hard to be heard.
The "I can'ts! " shout loudest
🦋THIS Week try challenging that perception:
What if...You ARE and always have been more than good enough?
What if...things CAN get better for you?
What if...it CAN work out; it CAN happen?
WHAT IF YOU CAN?
🦋YOU Are all you need to be.
You have so much depth and understanding of life from the hard experiences you have endured, the joys that have got you through.
You deserve to stand on a pedestal, not bathing in ego, but filled with light. This is your right: nothing more to prove; grounded in your own space, ready to fly high at the right time.
Changing your perception takes time, but you can begin now, seeing how things open up, and positive abundant change happens. Try it.

🦋RAISE your vibration in gratitude for the simple but exquisitely wondrous aspects of your life and your world and you can begin to transform it.
Challenges still existing do not mean that you cannot do this. Life is full of these bumps in the road.
They can hurt, but other parts of life continue to be beautiful.
Working hard, striving to change things, to put your shoulders to the wheel combined with that gratitude is where transformation can become magic.
The Universe is grateful you are here and that you keep trying, and if you can really start to believe that with grounded humility, streams of hope, light and colour can lead you onto a new path to abundance in many ways.
🦋WHERE Are you distracted, disorganised, unfocused?
What have you been avoiding that needs addressing?
What are you struggling to accept that cannot be changed, ( including the past)and by so doing, missing the joy in each moment?
Who or what in your life is no longer aligned with the new paths you want to take? Who or what is?
Part of the work needed is honestly answering these and/or other questions you know must be considered.
🦋TAKE Conscious intentional steps now, and your actions can be blessed. From Bluebell fields to busy gardens full of bees, and so much more: show gratitude for all.
