🤘 Hope Fest is almost here!🤘

🗓️ Saturday 5 Sept - a family-friendly, alcohol-free community festival celebrating recovery, community and connection. The music line-up of local talent looks ace, there's lots of different activities going on, and I'll be there offering ear acupuncture too so you can chill out with me while soaking in the vibe..

We’re at Third Space, Portland Road, Langwith (just behind the Heritage Centre) at 5.30pm and it’s free! Our final yoga class of the season is straight after at 6.45pm so why not make it a super relaxing evening and do both?

Great news! BAcC Acupuncturists are competent and qualified and how have parity with other practitioners (such as Physios and Nurses) providing acupuncture treatments to blood donors 😺

This will run every Wednesday until 26th August.
It’s a gentle, calm wellbeing session where tiny points on the ear are used to support relaxation and grounding.

People often come for things like:
✨ stress
✨ sleep
✨ cravings
✨ anxiety
✨ emotional overwhelm
✨ needing an hour where nobody wants anything from them
